Best path: an email to support@savvy-app.fr with a short title ("Crash when opening the dial"), your iOS + Savvy versions, and — if possible — repro steps. We read everything, we reply to everything.

Common cases

The Apple Pay App Intent doesn't fire.
Make sure the "When card is used" personal automation is enabled in the Shortcuts app (Automation → Personal), and that Savvy has the "Shortcuts" permission in Settings → Privacy. Restarting the iPhone fixes 90% of remaining cases.
I cannot find a past transaction.
All transactions are visible in the History tab, filterable by month and category. If an Apple Pay transaction is missing, it was likely silently blocked by the Shortcut — check its run log in Shortcuts.
My available balance looks wrong.
The formula is: monthly income − fixed expenses − recurring savings − this month's real spending. Check in Settings → Income and Settings → Fixed expenses that all recurring lines are up to date and that none has an end date earlier than this month.
I want to delete all my data.
Settings → Advanced → Erase all data. Immediate and irreversible: the local SQLite database is destroyed. Uninstalling the app has the same effect (iOS removes the app sandbox, hence the database).
