Hosting provider

savvy-app.fr is hosted by the domain host (to be confirmed at final deployment). The host receives and processes no app data — the Savvy app communicates with no server other than Apple (App Store and iCloud, both managed by Apple).

App distribution

The Savvy app is distributed exclusively through the Apple Inc. App Store, One Apple Park Way, Cupertino, CA 95014, USA. Payment, refund and subscription management mechanisms are governed by Apple's terms.

Intellectual property

All elements making up this site and the app (text, images, logos, source code, visual identity, trade name "Savvy") are protected by French and international intellectual-property law. Any total or partial reproduction, representation, alteration, publication or adaptation without the publisher's prior written consent is strictly forbidden and constitutes infringement under articles L.335-2 et seq. of the French Intellectual Property Code.

Limitation of liability

The publisher endeavors to ensure the accuracy of the information published on this site but cannot be held liable for errors, omissions or unavailability. Use of the site and the app is at the user's sole responsibility.

Mediation and dispute resolution

Pursuant to articles L.611-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, any consumer has the right to free recourse to a mediator. For any prior claim, please write to contact@savvy-app.fr.
